How do I earn and view my rewards?
Earn credit for each qualifying visit by entering your phone number on the payment device in-store or by logging into your account during online checkout. As your qualifying visits start to accumulate, you will unlock purchase-based rewards tailored to you and your favorite items. Look forward to free items, dollars off your order, or other exclusive rewards.
Each day, up to two qualifying visits can count towards purchase-based rewards. Qualifying visits must be three hours apart and include a minimum spend of $4 before taxes and discounts.

How do I redeem my reward?
Log into your account and follow the steps below:
1. Select the items you would like to purchase and add them to your cart.
2. Add an eligible reward item (e.g., Cookie Dough) to your cart
3. Proceed to checkout and under Papa Murphy’s MySLICE click “Apply” to redeem your reward.
Simply enter your number at the payment device and the cashier will notify you of any available rewards and give you the option to redeem them at that time.
(NOTE: Only one (1) reward may be applied per transaction. Discount can be used on one regular price item only.)
Why can’t I redeem my reward?
MySLICE rewards cannot be combined with the current items on Special, promotions or Tuesday and Friday deals. To redeem a reward, ensure that an eligible item is in your cart before selecting "Apply Reward."
Only one reward can be used on each order and rewards cannot be combined with coupons. For example, if you have a free Cookie Dough and a $5 off reward, they cannot be combined in the same order.
To redeem a Reward, ensure that the item you are applying your reward to is in your cart before selecting "Apply Reward." For example, if you are redeeming a reward for a free Cookie Dough, ensure a Cookie Dough has been added to your cart before selecting "Apply Reward."
