Fresh Pan Pizza Baking Instructions

Fresh Pan Pizza in Just 12 to 18 Minutes

Bake within 60 minutes of purchase or refrigerate. If refrigerated, remove 60 minutes prior to baking for crust to rise. Always bake pizzas within 24 hours of purchase!

Step 1 - Preheat

Preheat oven to 425°F. Remove plastic wrap and leave pizza in pan. Keep fresh pan pizzas level at all times.

Step 2 - Bake
Bake fresh pan pizza on center oven rack for approximately 12 to 18 minutes (varies by oven). Rotate the pizza on the oven rack to ensure even browning. Remove pizza from oven when the crust is golden brown.
 
Notice any bubbles appearing? Pop them with a fork being careful not to puncture the pan.
Step 3 - Remove from the pan

After removing the fresh pan pizza from the oven, immediately use a spatula to remove it from the pan. Be careful with the hot oil under the crust.

Step 4 - Enjoy!

Let pizza sit for 5 minutes before cutting. Enjoy your fresh pan pizza!
