Cinnamon Wheel Baking Instructions
Baking a Cinnamon Wheel Couldn't Be Easier
Bake within 60 minutes of purchase or refrigerate. If refrigerated, remove 60 minutes prior to baking for dough to rise. Always bake within 24 hours of purchase!
Step 1 - Prep
Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove plastic wrap and leave cinnamon wheel on tray. Remove cream cheese frosting cup and set aside.
Step 2 - Bake
Bake on center oven rack for 9 to 12 minutes (varies by oven). When crust is golden brown, remove cinnamon wheel from oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes.
For altitudes above 4,000 feet, bake at 385–390°F and bake 2 to 3 minutes longer.
Step 3 - Warm up the frosting
Remove plastic lid from cream cheese frosting cup and warm in the microwave for 15 to 20 seconds on HIGH. Spread over Cinnamon Wheel. Enjoy!
CAUTION: Frosting cup will be hot.
