How do I earn and view my rewards?

Earn credit for each qualifying visit by entering your phone number on the payment device in-store or by logging into your account during online checkout. As your qualifying visits start to accumulate, you will unlock purchase-based rewards tailored to you and your favorite items. Look forward to free items, dollars off your order, or other exclusive rewards.


Each day, up to two qualifying visits can count towards purchase-based rewards. Qualifying visits must be three hours apart and include a minimum spend of $4 before taxes and discounts.

How do I redeem my reward?


Log into your account and follow the steps below: 

1. Select the items you would like to purchase and add them to your cart.

2. Add an eligible reward item (e.g., Cookie Dough) to your cart

3. Proceed to checkout and under Papa Murphy’s MySLICE click “Apply” to redeem your reward.

4. Enjoy!



Simply enter your number at the payment device and the cashier will notify you of any available rewards and give you the option to redeem them at that time. 


(NOTE: Only one (1) reward may be applied per transaction. Discount can be used on one regular price item only.) 

Why can’t I redeem my reward?

MySLICE rewards cannot be combined with the current items on Special, promotions or Tuesday and Friday deals. To redeem a reward, ensure that an eligible item is in your cart before selecting "Apply Reward."


Only one reward can be used on each order and rewards cannot be combined with coupons. For example, if you have a free Cookie Dough and a $5 off reward, they cannot be combined in the same order. 


To redeem a Reward, ensure that the item you are applying your reward to is in your cart before selecting "Apply Reward." For example, if you are redeeming a reward for a free Cookie Dough, ensure a Cookie Dough has been added to your cart before selecting "Apply Reward."

Why can’t I access my account?

If you completed all the registration steps, but your account does not exist, you may attempt to create a new account here or contact our Brand Ambassadors using the Live Chat below for additional assistance.

How do I reset my password?

Please use this link to reset your password.


Your username is the email address you used to complete your MySLICE account registration. If you forgot which email address you used, contact a Brand Ambassador using the Live Chat below.

How do I update my account information?

To update your account information, log into your MySLICE account here, and click “Edit your Profile.” 

Online Ordering

I’ve entered my online coupon code and the price hasn’t changed. Can you help?

Our best guess is, something in your cart is already on special. Coupon discounts cannot be combined with other offers. This can be confusing on Tuesdays, when almost all large and family size pizzas are on special.

I was excited to try a product that was being advertised but it’s not online at my local store. Why not?

It sounds like you may be signed up to receive marketing from another part of the country. We’re here to help! Reach out to one of our Brand Ambassadors using Live Chat below, or to leave us a message and we can update your profile.

Can I place an order for a future day pickup?

You can schedule an order for same day pickup at a specified time. We apologize that future day ordering is currently unavailable.

How long can my pizza remain unbaked in my refrigerator?

For the best bake, we recommend baking up your Papa Murphy’s pizza within 24 hours of purchase.

Gluten and I broke up. Does Papa Murphy’s have a gluten-free crust and how do you handle it?

Our gluten-free crust is available in the medium size. We make our Papa Murphy’s pizza dough fresh in-house every day so, unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee an entirely gluten-free product. Upon request, however, team members can take measures to minimize exposure. Please contact your store directly for this service.

Dairy and I don’t get along. Does Papa Murphy’s have a dairy-free cheese option?

Yes, we do! Check out the Dairy-Free Cheese Pizzas category on order.papamurphys.com. Please be aware that dairy-free cheese options are prepared in the same shared kitchen areas as options containing dairy. Click here for detailed information on our ingredients. We do not assume responsibility for any sensitivity or allergy caused by our products.

Do you have a Keto-friendly product?

Yes. Please see the Crustless Pizzas - Keto Friendly menu category on order.papamurphys.com. You can find nutrition information using our nutrition calculator. All carbs are listed in net carbs.

What items do you carry that are vegan or dairy-free friendly?

Lots! Please see our detailed ingredient listing here to design your perfect pizza. 

Cheese, please! Does your cheese contain animal rennet?

The enzymes or rennet used in our cheese production is from a non-animal source. 

I have a peanut allergy. Do your products contain peanuts or tree nuts?

Potential cross-contamination of both peanuts and tree nuts from our vendors may exist from shared production equipment and facilities. We are unable to make any guarantees of peanut- and tree nut-free products and continue to work with our vendors to obtain the most current and accurate information.

Can I eat your cookie dough raw?

Papa Murphy’s Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough is meant to be baked prior to consuming. Baking instructions are included on the product label.

What are your pizza sizes and how many slices do you get?

It’s all in how you slice it, but here's our guidance for nutrition information. 

Medium = 12" = 8 slices 

Family = 16" = 12 slices 

XLNY = 16" = 12 slices 

Large = 14” = 8 slices  

Crustless = 8 servings per tray 

Are there genetically modified organisms in any of your products?

We currently do not collect information regarding GMOs from our vendors. As we work to make further enhancements to the products we offer, please stay tuned for updates.

Does Papa Murphy's deliver?

Yes, we do! Orders can be placed through participating locations on PapaMurphys.com, the Papa Murphy’s app, and many third-party delivery sites. Availability varies based on location and driver availability.

Does Papa Murphy's partner with third party delivery companies?

We sure do! Use the links below to see if one of the companies you are looking for features one of our participating locations.  DoorDash, Grubhub, Postmates, Uber Eats, EatStreet, Food Dudes, or GrubSouth.

How do I find out if Papa Murphy's delivers to my address?

Enter the complete address, including city, state and zip, where you’d like your order delivered. If delivery is available, you’ll see a list of participating Papa Murphy’s locations.

How long will it take to deliver my food?

Well, it depends. We’ll do our best to provide a reasonable ETA when you place your order! However, there are a few important factors that come into play – prep time to make your order, distance to your location, traffic, peak times for the store and partner drivers, and the occasional car trouble and bad weather.

Can I schedule my delivery time?

When placing your order through PapaMurphys.com and the Papa Murphy’s app, you can schedule an order for same day delivery at a specified time. We apologize that future day delivery is currently unavailable.


Our third-party delivery partners have different options, so it's best to look at their sites to see what's available.

Are there additional delivery costs?

Depending on the ordering site you use, you may see a delivery fee, a service fee, and/or a minimum order amount. The type and amount of costs and fees vary by ordering site. 

How do I get help with a delivery order?

If you placed your order through PapaMurphys.com or the Papa Murphy’s App please call the store that received your order, and our team will be happy to help! For third-party delivery partner orders, please contact them directly (e.g., DoorDash, Grubhub, Postmates, Uber Eats, etc.). We wish we could help, however this is the best way to receive support.

Can I modify my delivery after it has been submitted?

We wish we could say yes, but instead we have to say maybe. For orders placed through PapaMurphys.com or Papa Murphy’s App please call the store ASAP. If you placed an order through a third-party partner site, please reach out to them quickly to see what is possible. 

Can I cancel my delivery order?

Once you submit a delivery order, it’s sent directly to the driver teams and store team members. That makes canceling orders sort of a challenge. If you really must cancel, and you’ve ordered directly through PapaMurphys.com or Papa Murphy’s App, please call the store that received your order.  If you ordered through a third-party delivery partner, it’s important to contact their team directly. Keep in mind that you may incur a cancellation fee.

Who do I contact regarding payment issues or refund requests?

If you ordered through PapaMurphys.com or the Papa Murphy's App, please call the store that received your order.  If you placed your order directly through one of our third-party delivery partners ordering sites, please contact them directly.

Are Papa Murphy's deals and coupons available on delivery orders?

Yes, they are when you place your delivery order through PapaMurphys.com or on the Papa Murphy’s App! Deals, rewards, and coupon discounts are not available through third-party delivery partner sites.


Where can I find baking instructions?

Please visit our Baking Instructions page for step-by-step instructions to bake your perfect pizza, dessert or side!

Can I refrigerate my pizza before I bake it?

If you wish to refrigerate your pizza, we recommend doing so within 60 minutes of pick-up. Then remove from the refrigerator 60 minutes before baking. Always bake pizzas within 24 hours of purchase!

Can I freeze my pizza?

We love being fresh and never frozen, but you can request to have your pizza double-wrapped for freezing. The day before you bake, remove from freezer and let it thaw in the refrigerator for 24 hours. Then remove from refrigerator and let it sit at room temperature for 60 minutes before baking.


Does Papa Murphy’s accept SNAP EBT payments?

Yes! Papa Murphy’s is proud to offer fresh unbaked meals, salads, and drinks to guests using SNAP benefits. Currently, EBT payment can only be accepted in-store and not for online purchases, but we are working diligently with the USDA to gain approval to offer this option.

How can I get a refund?

We’re truly sorry for any inconvenience. As a franchised company that is locally owned, we are unable to provide cash refunds or a refund back to your original form of payment for purchases made at your local store. We can take your information via our contact us form and send the details to your local store owner – or for the fastest results, please contact your local store directly, and ask to speak to a manager to assist you.
