Q. How do I stop your texts and emails?
A. Say it isn’t so! We hate to see you go, but you’ll always have a pizza our heart. To stop receiving texts – text STOP to 90421. To stop receiving emails – click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of your next message. Sniff.
Q. Oh SNAP! Do you accept SNAP EBT?
A. Yes, we do! The majority of our independently owned franchises are set up to accept SNAP EBT as a form of in-store payment. Currently, like most retailers, we are unable to accept SNAP EBT for online purchases, but we hope this program expands so that it's an option in the future.
Q. My promo code isn’t working. Shenanigans! What gives?
A. If we had to guess, something in your order might already be on special and only one offer can be used at a time. If it's for a free item – make sure to add that item to the cart. Be sure to enter your promo code in the box and hit apply. You will be asked to approve the total before ever submitting payment. Still not looking right? Contact us and we can help!
Q. Fundraising, yo! Can I get some dough?
A. We love our communities, and franchise owners love to partner with pizza fans for local fundraising opportunities! Please reach out to your local store to learn about fun ways we can bring people and pizza together to raise money for a good cause.
Q. Can your pizza be Frozen? I don’t have time to eat this pizza today, but I don’t want to Let It Go....
A. We love being fresh and never frozen, but we get it. You can request to have our pizza double-wrapped to help endure it’s chilly new digs. Let it then thaw in the fridge for 24 hours and come to room temp for 60 minutes prior to popping in your oven.

Q. How can I get a refund? You let me down.
A. We’re truly sorry for any inconvenience. As a franchised company that is locally owned, we are unable to provide cash refunds or a refund back to your original form of payment for purchases made at your local store. We can take your information via our contact us form and send the details to your local store owner – or for the fastest results, please contact your local store directly, and ask to speak to a manager to assist you.
