Summary Description

To support and maintain in-house computer systems, desktops, and mobile devices. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all hardware and software while ensuring optimal workstation performance. Troubleshooting problem areas in a timely and accurate fashion, and providing end user training and assistance where required.

Duties and Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

Education: Associate’s Degree from an accredited college or university preferred

Experience: 3 - 5 years of related experience

Degrees, Licensure, and/or Certification: A+, Network+, MCP certification preferred
