This position will be based in Houston or Dallas TX.

 Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall growth of a group of Demographic Marketing Areas (DMA) and the franchisees within these DMA, their sales, comparable store growth, adherence to PMI Standards and New Store Development.
• This person will manage all service and professional activities related to operations and the business development for a group of assigned owners in designated DMA zones of the Papa Murphy's International System. The market geography would include, but not be limited to Texas, New Mexico, Louisiana, Arizona.
• The need to understand in store profitability and how it relates to the DMA/Market goals is imperative.
• Interaction with marketing, real estate development, accounting and operations is required.
• The ability to open stores and work remotely for up to 8 consecutive days is a requirement and candidates need not apply if a past history of travel is not evident.
• Management above store level and a recent past of accomplishments will be required and called upon during the interview.

To qualify, must have:

Four year college Degree from accredited university
A minimum of five years quick serve restaurant experience at the regional level or seven years of retail convenience at the regional level.  Must have multi-unit experience.

Requirements for this position:
The ability to work independently for periods of time.
The understanding of franchise law and franchise agreements is a requirement.
The ability to lead others and provide the necessary energy to motivate a franchisee or group of franchisees towards positive sales and growth.
The financial and professional acumen to represent the DMAs to senior management.
Experience working within a Co-op structure.
Microsoft Office Suite capabilities to include: PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook
Current and valid US Drivers License and car insurance.
